Description
Cooking:
Narumanam green tea leaves can be used in various recipes, including desserts, smoothies, marinades, and even savory dishes.
Green Tea Leaves: Use high-quality loose leaf green tea. Loose leaf tea generally provides better flavor.
Steps to Prepare Green Tea:
- Boil Water:
- Heat water in a kettle or pot until it reaches around 80-85°C (176-185°F). Avoid boiling water as it can make the tea bitter.
- Warm the Teapot:
- If using a teapot, pour a small amount of hot water into the pot to warm it up. Swirl the water around and then discard it.
- Measure Tea Leaves:
- Use about 1/2 teaspoon (1 grams) of loose leaf green tea per 240 ml of water. Adjust according to your taste preferences.
- Steep the Tea:
- Place the green tea leaves into the teapot or directly into a teacup if using a tea infuser.
- Pour the hot water over the tea leaves. Cover with a lid or a saucer to keep the heat in and steep for about 2-3 minutes.
- Steep longer if you prefer a stronger flavor, but be cautious not to over-steep as it can make the tea bitter.
- Strain or Remove Tea Leaves:
- Narumanam organic green leaf tea, strain the tea leaves from the teapot into cups using a tea strainer.
- Serve:
- Narumanam organic Green tea can be served plain or with a slice of lemon, narumanam honey, or Narumanam cardamom or a sprig of mint for added flavor.
